space for parties or classes, we offer it to use as a venue rental.

Tables are rectangular,

in 4 rows. 

Seats 48.

Rentals are $50 an hour with a 4 hour minimum.  6 hour minimum for graduation parties. In our experience, 4 hours works well for showers, but most groups use at least 6 hours + for a graduation. Yo

Example of 6 hour rental:

Set up 11am-2 Pm

Reception 2-5 pm

Clean up 5-6 pm

Over 2000 square feet!  We are a great place for an open house type of event. We have table seating for 48.  We have a kitchenette with a freezer and fridge. Loads of extra table space for food and display. We even have a little spot with a few couches for conversation. We provide black colored fabric tablecloths on tables.

You are welcome
